Ella Galea is an illustrator that currently lives and works in South East London. She spent three years studying Illustration at the University of Brighton and graduated in 2019. Her work is centred around the things that make up everyday life such as food, people, film, ephemera, familiar and unknown cities and places.
Ella works in a range of mixed media to create bright, playful and energetic illustrations, putting the world around her, even the boring bits, to pen and paper.
Ella recently took place in this year's 'Secret 7'', where she designed and exhibited a record sleeve that was auctioned off in aid of 'Choose Love', a charity aiming to provide support to refugees.
